We had an egress window installed several years ago on the south side of our house. Shortly after the 100 year storm happened and flooded our basement. I hauled in some black dirt to fill in where it settled around the window and packed and sloped it but in major rain events water would still seep in. We had Brett come from Yetti Earthworks and give us an estimate and shortly after they removed all the dirt and sealed the whole south wall and installed drain tile and buried the two rain gutter spouts with everything sloped to the back yard where it all accumulates away from the building. We’ve had some hard rain events sense and we are very happy and confident we don’t have to worry about water coming in anymore! I highly recommend Brett and the Yeti Earthworks crew for any and all landscaping and dirt work you may need! Very courteous and professional and will definitely use them for anything in the future!
Brett did some work for me and also quoted some work we did not end up doing. Always returns phone calls, prompt communication and is organized. Runs welll oiled machine and work is top notch.
Brett and the Yeti employees were easy to work with and did a great job. This was a landscaping project that included removing sod for 600+' of garden beds to be installed, seeding and conditioning areas for grass, and brought in and distributed landscape rock. This was a project for Itasca County HRA, Yeti was the lowest bidder. The project started and ended on-time as expected and we did not encounter any change orders.
